Honestly what do people think that knowledge workers, surrounded by information resources do?

Today, the author of the original post issued a retraction and apology:

I have to say, not just from the comments I have received, but from my time as a librarian (albeit not a REAL librarian, for it was just my job through university), that LIBRARIANS ARE COOL. And funny. And, you have to respect the fact that they can find a needle in a haystack for you when you really need it (even in GovDocs, which was the bane of my existence — no wonder I was always stuck working there… some sort of celestial punishment for my disrespect? Coincidence? I THINK NOT.)
